Special teams?

Blah, who cares about special teams, especially enough to read about punting and kicking recruits, RegularJoe Fan says.

Well, I can tell you based on 20 years experience in the industry, the college coaches paid millions to win football games don’t share that sentiment.

A last second field goal or a field position changing punt late in the fourth quarter often proves the difference between winning or losing, particularly in Power 5 football games.

That’s why Louisville coach Jeff Brohm is always on the lookout for the next Klaus Wilmsmeyer or Art Carmody.
