In fact, I heard through the grapevine Sunday that Heird is ‘freaking out,’ about the state of Louisville’s flailing coaching search.

Shortly after firing Kenny Payne, Heird stated publicly that he wanted to hire a coach willing to crawl to Louisville for the job. I have it on impeccable authority that McNeese State coach Will Wade would crawl through hot lava to be Louisville’s next coach.
