2025 PG Kaden Magwood believes he could 'fit in' at Louisville following latest campus visit
One of the nation's top rising 2025 guard prospects visited Kenny Payne's program Tuesday
Kaden Magwood’s recruitment is picking up steam heading into the July evaluation period.
After landing an offer from Illinois last week, the 6’3, 175 pound 2025 point guard from Louisville, Ky., made an unofficial visit to check in with the hometown Louisville Cardinals Tuesday.
Rated the No. 53 prospect nationally by On3, Magwood transferred from Western High to national prep powerhouse Oak Hill Academy prior to his sophomore season and enjoyed a stellar season.
This spring playing for Team United, Magwood has made a strong impression on the AAU circuit and fielded calls from Louisville, Illinois, Xavier, Illinois, LSU, Texas A&M, Marquette, Charleston and others last week when college coaches could make direct contact with 2025 recruit for the first time.
The rising junior guard told Cardinal Confidential about his visit to campus Tuesday night.
